Brandon Williams, a native of McComb, MS, is a proud Spring 2014 graduate of Southwest Mississippi Community College (Summit, MS), having earned an Associate of Arts degree. He went on to become a two-time alumnus of The University of Southern Mississippi (Hattiesburg, MS), completing a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with concentrations in Business Administration and Instructional Technology in 2017, followed by a Master of Science in Economic Development in 2022. Additionally, Brandon expanded his leadership and professional experience as a Fall 2017 alumnus of the Disney College Program.
Brandon surrendered his life to Christ in 2009, accepted his call into the Gospel ministry in 2011, and was ordained a minister of the Gospel in 2012. Since then, he has faithfully served at East Fernwood Missionary Baptist Church (McComb, MS) under the leadership of Pastor Jimmy J. Wilson, first as an associate minister and, since 2022, as youth pastor. In this role, he is passionate about guiding young people toward Christ, equipping them to live with purpose, grow in Godly community, and pursue holiness.
He is the devoted husband of Beniria Williams. Guided by his life verse, Romans 8:28 — “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” — Brandon’s prayer is that every person he encounters will see the light of Christ in him and be encouraged, motivated, and compelled to receive Christ into their life.
